Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer product exchanges only for items that are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchange requests must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • An uninterrupted opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims. Requests without an opening video cannot be processed.
  • Approved exchanges will be made only for the same product, subject to stock availability.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be folded in its original manner to prevent damage during transit.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, it is considered final.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products without an opening/unboxing video for damage claims.
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items caused after delivery.
  • Orders refused after confirmation.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless received damaged).

Colour & Product Appearance

Please note that slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to studio lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. Such variations are natural and are not considered product defects.
