Product Replacement

  • We offer free replacement only for products that are received damaged.
  • Replacement will be provided only with the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • An uninterrupted opening/unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the damage must be provided. Claims without an opening video cannot be accepted.

Exchange & Damage Claims

  • Any request for exchange or damaged product claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Product Colours

  • We strive to display product colours as accurately as possible.
  • However, slight variations in colour may occur due to photography lighting, screen resolution, and individual device display settings.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products eligible for exchange must be returned in their original folding, packaging, and unused condition, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Items that are used, washed, altered, or not returned in their original packaging may not qualify for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
  • Approved exchanges will be processed according to our exchange policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
